Working in Elkton, OR

The whole family came with me to a week’s worth of depositions in Elkton, OR (between Eugene and Roseburg) and on the Umpqua River. We are staying at a ranch in the middle of nowhere, along with cows, bear, wild turkeys, and elk.

It’s beautiful though not exactly perfect for working. The wifi and cell service is limited. But, we’ve enjoyed the solitude and the town of Elkton is cute.

Maybe the best part of the trip was that we got the Roseburg McMenamins stamp in our passport book, which earned us a free T-shirt.
