Fort Stevens State Park Follow Up
Fort Stevens was a great campground and we both enjoyed our one night stay there, however, Spring is not the best time of year for this campground as there were too many mosquitos and families with too many children. It rained on us Saturday night and Sunday, so that limited our hiking (but it did not seem to bother the mosquitos too much).
Campsite Summary:
2 hours from Beaverton. Full Hookups. A large park with many wooded and beach trails.
Grade:
B for this trip, but it could be an A at a better time of year (Fall or late summer maybe)
