Well, we have a well.
Work has finally begun. We haven’t closed on the loan yet and we don’t have a building permit, but we have a well and a ditch for the electrical. Mike and I haven’t been to the property since they started work but Matt sent us photos. We’re reservedly excited. I say reserved because we’ve had a lot, a lot of setbacks and are feeling a bit beat down. Hopefully, that’s in the past and we get to the interesting step of the actual construction of our home.
