Someone is looking at our house

Mike and I and Iris are sitting in the Pour House while someone is looking at our house for the second time. Of course, we have the Dog Cam working and are spying on them. We have the audio off so we’re imagining what they’re talking about. They have two little kids, between 4-8 —score, they’ll like the climbing gym. They stood in the sun room for a while and the agent was using her phone — on the calculator? They were smiling and talking; we think they like it. Fingers crossed we get an offer, and it’s good.

Actually, we hope to get an offer soon. It’s been about 10 days and, perhaps we were naive, but we thought the house would sell quickly. We spent about 2 hours aggressively cleaning the house (it didn’t really need much) and the yard for them.

The Willow Creek house sold about this time, after we spilled some beer. We just checked the old blog – so happy we wrote about it. Interestingly, Mike spilled beer accidentally last night too. We think that may be our lucky charm but we’ll see.
