Atkinson is ours…or will be

They accepted our offer!  We made an offer lower than our agent suggested, but one we felt was justified.  And they accepted without a counter.  Yeah!  The property is beautiful, and we’re both getting really excited about it.  

Mike just showed me a video we took of the property on May 20, 2017 – 8 months ago!  I guess we took out time on this one.  Closing is likely in March.
