We’ve had a wonderful Christmas. As usual, we woke up early -5:00 am this year. We opened presents and ate Mom’s egg/bread/sausage casserole for breakfast; a holiday tradition. Of course, we also snacked on the candy that Santa brought, sugar cookies and the Chex mix I made yesterday. Iris and I took a nap once the sugar crash kicked in around 10:00 am. We had a really nice walk this morning and talked about the future and our plans for next year. We really enjoyed spending the entire day together doing whatever we wanted. We hope our family and friends had as great a holiday!
