Camping nirvana…

…a full-size shower, clean, and with unlimited hot water. Our first fully stand-up shower in a week. (Maybe I took all the hot water because Mike’s shower wasn’t so warm.)

More firsts today:
– First mulligan for a campsite. Two Medicine campground was beautiful and we had the perfect spot on the river but the lack of battery-juice made us move on to the KOA in St. Mary, MT.
– First technical issue we can’t resolve with an internet search. The Casita battery won’t take a charge, either from the truck or from a land line. We’re calling Casita tomorrow for help.
– First bear sighting. It was a black bear seen from the safety of our car as we drove the eastern part of Going-to-the-Sun Rd that was open.
– First campsite that isn’t in a state or national park. It’s like we’re camping on a grassy parking lot, but the view is worth it.
