Progress on The Lawn
The Gregersons are in the Portland area for a couple weeks. I am so excited. Earlier this week, I took a half day off work and met them at the Children’s Museum by the zoo. Tate and Koy had fun and so did we. They’re coming over for dinner tomorrow. What to make…
Mike and I are making progress on putting in the lawn. We rented a trencher today and it was a bear to operate. Actually, I can’t really say that because I didn’t operate it at all. It took Mike quite a bit of work to use it. At one point, his knee popped out of its socket while he was moving the machine. He thinks it was out for a couple seconds. I have never seen him in that much pain before. It gradually eased and he finished the job. He’s one tough cookie.
We started laying the pipe for the sprinkler but we need a couple more connectors for the manifold, so we stopped. It shouldn’t take too much work to finish it.
The bank just approved Coign Studio for a line of credit. Mike is excited because now he can look for office space a little more seriously. Unfortunately, the space he really wanted didn’t pan out – the real estate agent flaked.
