Stoneworks Climbing

It was Mike’s night tonight! After being unable to climb this weekend, because the gym was closed on Sunday for Easter, Mike returned to the black route strong. He failed on his first attempt when his left hand slipped from a hold. On his second attempt, he nailed it! After working for approximately 4 weeks, Mike got the route! Then, he followed it with a strong climb on the numbered route – making it all the way to 22.

I had a successful climb tonight too when I completed a route I have worked on for 3-4 days. I also completed another difficult-ish route and made serious progress on a third route. It was a strong day for both of us.
